Main Article Content
Abstract
In this paper we analyze the changes experienced rionegrino political system from the careers of two of its main party actors, the Radical and Peronist Party, during the stage corresponding to the political dominance of Kirchner nationwide. For this we propose a definition of what we understand is the Kirchner political process, then focus on the provincial stage and the new conditions that mark its limits and possibilities first. The approach that will make this process is organized around the notion that a political system is an expression, among others, political identities, their specificity corresponds to processes of legitimation of public decisions. By this we mean that for an effective social outreach political action is necessary to operate on an identity framework more generally rough and we will call hegemony.
