Listening to the subjectivity of the times

Abstract

This article is part of the research project "Adolescents on the edges of the present. Psychoanalysis, Institution and Pandemic" directed by Lic. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia and Co-directed by Dr. Gabriel Pavelka belonging to the National University of
Comahue. It proposes to think about the effects of the discourse of an era in which there is a symbolic disorder that results in different symptoms such as isolation, substance abuse or the subjugation of various rights. What effects do the labile, ephemeral, brittle ties installed in the present have on subjectivity? The world around us, the time we have to live, the
different ways of being and inhaiting spaces are usually without protection.What edge or limit can be considered as prevailing or devastating for subjectivity? In an age where the Other seems not to exist, what comes to take its place? We think of psychoanalysis as a possible way out, to guide the anguish that overflows without finding its channel, as an ethical way out to confront the subject with his unconscious, with his truth. This journey will be approached from a psychoanalytic perspective.
