Sobre la posibilidad de alcanzar la paz: valores interculturales y justicia trasnacional

Abstract

The existing violence in contemporary societies overflows the Nation
States' borders given that the mercantilistic, dominance power and
subjection interests remain over the civic-political concerns. The
cohesive elements have been destroyed, those which are located in the
intra and inter cultural values, and with this the possibilities for the
existance of peaceful coexistance have been cancelled. Thus, the injustice of the interests has prevailed, those which overflow the walls of national territories. The text searches for a glimpse of possibilities to attain peace, concord and justice in the framework of human rights and transnational justice, from such values as solidarity and hospitality, visualised as ethical commitments.
